I don’t know what I would have done without the attention I received from Mitch Mathews on July 8, 2005 in fixing a long standing problem with my Star Max deep fryer. Not only did Mitch do an outstanding job but his level of commitment is to be commended. After three technician visits and countless interactions with propane businesses he finally found the problem with my fryer. After checking many different possibilities he still left nothing to chance. He completely took the unit apart and found three separate malfunctions with the equipment.
It would have been easy for Mitch to give up and go home but he turned the situation into a challenge. He ended up staying a long time after hours to make sure the problems were fixed and still had quite a distance to travel home afterwards. I just want to let you know that Mitch’s service was that of uncommon quality I was further impressed when I received a call from him the following day to make sure the fryer was working properly. This kind of service is almost unheard of these days and I definitely recognize the top notch company Hamilton Electric is.
